Registration & Verification
Who can register for a wholesale account?
SLMC-registered medical practitioners (doctors, dentists), pharmacies with NMRA licenses, private health clinics, dispensaries, and other registered business entities that can legally buy and sell medication in Sri Lanka.
What documents do I need to register?
You need a valid SLMC registration number (for medical practitioners) or NMRA license number (for pharmacies and businesses), along with a clear photo or scan of the relevant document. We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF formats up to 5 MB.
How long does verification take?
We aim to verify all new registrations within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email once your account has been approved or if we need additional information.
What happens if my registration is rejected?
You will receive an email explaining the reason for rejection. Common reasons include unclear document photos or mismatched registration details. You can re-register with the correct information.
Ordering & Delivery
How do I place a wholesale order?
Browse our product catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Select your delivery method, enter your delivery address (if applicable), and submit your order. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
What is the minimum order for SPC items?
State Pharmaceutical Corporation (SPC) items require a minimum order value of Rs 20,000. You can add SPC items to your cart, but the minimum will be enforced at checkout. Non-SPC items have no minimum order requirement.
What delivery methods are available?
We offer three options: store pickup (free) from our Dehiwala location, standard delivery (calculated at our standard rates, subject to confirmation), and express delivery (fee confirmed when we process your order). We also offer weekly pickups at NHSL Colombo and CSTH Kalubowila — the date and time may vary and you will be informed once your order is processed.
Where is your store located for pickup orders?
Our store is at No. 34, Galle Road, Dehiwala, Sri Lanka. You can find us on Google Maps. Store pickup orders can be collected during our opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the Colombo District and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are calculated at our standard rates and confirmed when we process your order. For locations outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us to arrange delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers. Our bank details are included on every invoice. Payment is required for all orders — we do not currently offer credit terms.
Do you offer credit terms for purchases?
No — we do not offer credit services. All payments must be made in full by cash on delivery or bank transfer.
Products & Pricing
How is wholesale pricing different from retail?
Wholesale prices are shown after you sign in with an approved account. These are discounted prices available exclusively to verified healthcare professionals and licensed businesses. MRP (maximum retail price) is also displayed for reference.
What product sections are available?
Our catalogue is organised into four sections: Medicines (prescription and OTC drugs), Surgical Supplies (wound care, gloves, syringes), Medical Equipment (diagnostic tools, devices), and SPC (State Pharmaceutical Corporation items).
Do I need a prescription for wholesale orders?
All wholesale buyers must be verified healthcare professionals or licensed businesses. Prescription-only (Rx) products are clearly marked in our catalogue. Your registration status confirms your authorisation to purchase these items.
What if a product I need is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items are clearly marked. We show alternative products with the same generic drug or similar therapeutic class when available. You can also contact us to enquire about restock dates.
Account & Support
How do I update my profile or contact details?
Go to My Account from the top menu, then select Profile. You can update your contact name, phone number, WhatsApp number, and business name.
How do I manage my delivery addresses?
Go to My Account, then Addresses. You can add multiple delivery addresses, set a default address, and edit or remove existing ones.
How do I track my orders?
Go to My Account, then Orders. Each order shows its current status: New, Confirmed, Packing, Ready for Pickup/Dispatch, Dispatched, or Delivered. You will also receive email updates for key status changes.
How do I reorder a previous order?
Go to My Account, then Orders. Each past order has a "Reorder" button that adds the same items to your cart, subject to current stock availability.
