Registration & Verification

Who can register for a wholesale account?
SLMC-registered medical practitioners (doctors, dentists), pharmacies with NMRA licenses, private health clinics, dispensaries, and other registered business entities that can legally buy and sell medication in Sri Lanka.
What documents do I need to register?
You need a valid SLMC registration number (for medical practitioners) or NMRA license number (for pharmacies and businesses), along with a clear photo or scan of the relevant document. We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF formats up to 5 MB.
How long does verification take?
We aim to verify all new registrations within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email once your account has been approved or if we need additional information.
What happens if my registration is rejected?
You will receive an email explaining the reason for rejection. Common reasons include unclear document photos or mismatched registration details. You can re-register with the correct information.

Ordering & Delivery

How do I place a wholesale order?
Browse our product catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Select your delivery method, enter your delivery address (if applicable), and submit your order. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
What is the minimum order for SPC items?
State Pharmaceutical Corporation (SPC) items require a minimum order value of Rs 10,000. You can add SPC items to your cart, but the minimum will be enforced at checkout. Non-SPC items have no minimum order requirement.
What delivery methods are available?
We offer store pickup (free) from our Dehiwala location, standard delivery (calculated at our standard rates, subject to confirmation), and express delivery (fee confirmed when we process your order). We also offer weekly pickups at NHSL Colombo and CSTH Kalubowila.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the Colombo District and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are calculated at our standard rates and confirmed when we process your order. For locations outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us to arrange delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfers. Our bank details are included on every invoice. We do not currently offer credit terms — all payments must be made in full.
