Yes. Cremaffin Oral Suspension is a prescription-only medicine, so we can dispense it only against a valid prescription from a registered practitioner. Upload a photo of your prescription and our pharmacist will review it.

Prescription medicines can only be purchased with a valid prescription. If you have such a prescription, share it with us either online or via WhatsApp. We will review your prescription, and if valid we will process your order.

Cremaffin Oral Suspension contains Liquid Paraffin + Milk of Magnesia. If your prescription allows a generic substitution you can tell us when you upload it, and our pharmacist will discuss the options with you.

We validate your prescription within 24 hours of receiving it, after which we will provide you with a quotation of the price. Once the payment is made, your order is typically dispatched within 2–7 working days.

By bank transfer. Once our pharmacist has reviewed your prescription they send you the price; if you are happy with it, you transfer the amount and we process your order. We do not offer cash on delivery. If you would rather pay in person, choose collection and pay at our Dehiwala counter.
